Instructions for completing the form:
Regardless of the address of dispatch, receipt, or delivery method, the Provider accepts returned goods only at the above address, in person or via courier.
Return shipping costs are borne by the Consumer.
Any redirection of courier services, etc., for goods returned to an address other than the one specified above shall be at the Consumer’s expense.
Goods returned with cash on delivery are not accepted by the Provider.
Refunds are made in the shortest possible time after receipt and inspection of the goods.
When delivery was carried out via courier service with cash on delivery, the Provider treats the amount as received by bank transfer; therefore, the Consumer is expected to provide an IBAN for reimbursement.
In the case of goods returned in a condition different from that in which they were sent, the Provider reserves the right to partially refund the amounts paid or to refuse reimbursement, in accordance with Art. 55, para. 4 of the Consumer Protection Act.
